help needed: Image scroller and resizer

I have no clue how to shorten the title, sorry.

Here is a description, I saw this before but can not rememebr where.

If you move your mouse left and right, it'll scroll the bar back and forth with a bar of images. than, it was either, when you placed your mouse over the center, the center image would get larger.

or if you moved the mouse up, got smaller, move down, it got larger (the whole bar increase/decreased in size)

if anyone knows of a tutorial or source file i can credit, i would very much apprciate it.
